Overview
The client had a product but they didn't know who they were as a 'brand'. Through facilitated workshops we identified their values, their tone of voice and what made them different. We then developed a solution that positioned them as a blend of human meets software, of simplicity and clarity. After initial seed funding they were awarded a £100k grant to develop the service, pilotied the service in six schools and were eventually acquired by TES (Times Educational Supplement).
